Job Title: Construction Project Manager - $50K+ Budget Value

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can “hit the ground running” with our large loss fire restoration projects, intermediate water damage and remodeling projects we already have on the books. Skill in working with insurance adjusters will be beneficial. We have a great company culture and a super support staff to help you succeed.

Job Purpose:

A project manager is responsible for the project in its entirety including qualifying trades, scheduling, budgeting, quality control; customer relations, communication with insurance companies and project close out.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Analyze construction budget
  • Write work orders for trade partners, suppliers, and internal resources
  • Create preliminary production schedule
  • Perform quality inspections through-out construction process to ensure all work meets corporate standards

Required Items:

  • Minimum of three (3) years as PM
  • Experience with:
    • Insurance Restorations projects
    • Xactimate scopes and estimates
